In such a special and unpredictable time, I always felt a positive and calm presence from
Alex.
This is not an experience you want to share with anyone, It takes a special person to know
when and where they are needed and also when to give space...Alex did that beautifully. At
times I didn’t even know she was there but then as you needed something Alex was right
there. Knowing Alex had been through this before helped me to feel confident that
everything would be OK.
Alex also had some special decorations for the room including some cute little fairy lights
that she set up to make every detail special and gave encouragement where needed to both
Alana and I.
During the birth experience Alana is the star but it takes a team of people to support and
take care of the small details. Alex was part of our team and would recommend Alex to be
part of your birth experience team too.
